Description

I had this idea long time before.. but only with the hand. and today i thought the show the 2 images example of the aging of the life: The leafs of autumn and also the hand of my father. He is with 83 years old and he had a stroke 5,5 years before and we caring of him like a child now. He need all our attention. I am very unsure about this pic and I did many changes.. and finally thought to show in Black & White (Is my first pic in B&W), because can show better the lines and contrast. Maybe in a future i will show in normal colours and you could tell me your opinion. This composition was influenced for others artist, the first one who did with 3 frames of the clouds and sky, in 2 pics (but don

I will give you my opinion already now. This is a wonderful way to express your feelings about your father. It goes very good in black and white. Best wishes for him. He is lucky to have you.

I love the study of the hand. I grew up with a man who, as a young art student, sat with a sketch pad and drew hundreds of views of hands in different poses. I was always fascinated by the beauty of a hand. (That same man now designs and restores fountains around the country, many very historic and all beautifully done. And he also is a sculpter who shows his work around the world. Guess studying hands is not a waste of time! LOL)Great job on this and because of the age of this hand, the black and white seems most fitting.

I love the choice of black and white for this. I would also like to see it in Sepia. This is a really wonderful simile. Beautiful comparison.

It is a wonderful analogy. Very well presented and B/W does enhance what you wanted to show. Great work!
