I could not decide which version I liked better so hence two versions Apophysis beta no post work except the bottom/no layering also

Excellent find. This is a beauty with lovely vivid colours. I like the top one the best but like you there is something about the other one that attracts.

Dear Richard, It's interesting to see how the "same" pciture can look so different. The bottom looks almost engraved or perhaps etched - and is clearly mostly a surface - while the top is a 3D nebulosity!! Hmmm - I think the bottom is really unique. If the red and green were desaturated slightly, it would be very easy to see it as cut brass layered over a rusty iron surface. It would be interesting to send it to a CNC milling machine and actually cut the brash sheets!!! I think you could hang it with pride in a lot of galleries!!!!! Very excellent work, mty friend!!!!
