i was just trying to make the girl's skin look a little wet... what do you think about this? have i succeeded in doing that? does it need anything else? i've looked at this for so long,i can't even notice what is wrong with it... awaiting your suggestions...

yes, it is supposed to look a little oily,that are tiny drops of sweat on her skin...

An excellent attempt at creating the look. Some how though weather it is your lighting or weather lighting was used intentionally to create the effect but it looks like the effect was done with light as opposed to say bump mapping which makes it seem less like a physical trait of the model or character. I suck at putting concepts in to words but I hope you understand what I'm saying. The outer edges of the face do look fairly convincing and the lighting seems about right in the lower half of the face. All in all excellent work.
