Beautiful red, really my favorite color.

I always wondered why green chlorophyl was tinted in red. One day I knew why, I forgot, but I like over all the sheets of this color, in particular certain salad known as ' breaks into leaf of Che' of a maroon red, but quite as pretty beside the green sheets!
