The way the boat floats does'nt convinces me at 100% but a boat which is on water is always very difficult to achieve correctly in 3D (perhaps some Photoshop postwork would improve more easily than to try from scratch). However the whole idea is very nice and original one, lighting and compo are quite beautiful so as a whole is is a truly enchanting work. Therefore I shall give the highest rating.
