Ooooh!!!! And such a pleasant neighbour-hood as well. And lord knows i could use a feedingstation to get me off the M&Ms and onto a more healthy diet. Sign me up Maggie!!!! You didn't mention the plumming. Is it indoor or out? If it's outside, then I want an upper unit..lol..your pic is great and your intro even better. We missed you here Maggie.
