Yay....Excellent.. Now you see why I said on that thread your work gives me inspiration. I am glad I can take days off to capture scenes like this one. But there is just something about this and others you do that seem so high quality and taken with such a good eye.I strive for that. OK enough head swelling... I hope you do get snow, because it would be nice to see what you come up with.

Ooh!This is soooo beautiful!I envy you such beauty...I know..what a surprise,lol.But here in suburbia,the snow only looks pretty when it has just fallen,preferably during the night...because shortly thereafter the passing cars will turn it to an yucky gray mush stained with road salt,etc...and the backyard will get 'trashed' by my three dogs and their little,(well,not so little,sigh) 'gifts',(lol) that then dot the landscape...I know.Ewww....Anyway,this is so wonderful to see.Thank you for sharing it.You did a beautiful job composing this and the exposure is just absolutely perfect.Sorry your xmas will be spent working,but I still hope you get to have a white one and that Santa doesn't decide you were a little 'busunge' and only give you coal,lol...Have a wonderful evening,swedie.-M D;^P

We do not get snow here but a nice 40 minute drive north up the valley takes care of any longing we might have. Snow is only nice if you can watch it from inside a nice warm house. Driving in it does not make it any more attractive! LOL Nice shot, Andreas. :-)

Oh my, Christmas Card stuff, indeed! Beautiful capture of the pristine woods, Andreas! Great contrast between the snow and the trees. Now if I may make a suggestion, how about a gorgeous blond, sitting naked upon a white steed, just for the sake of purity? Now that's what I call holiday spirit!
