View through the Ballroom French Doors... they were locked on this cool fall day. I love this place! I always come away with a wonderful feeling. This is Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Art Gallery in Belle Meade (Nashville) Tennessee. The Cheeks were related to the Vanderbilts and made a good deal of their fortune from Maxwell House Coffee. A "do not miss" place when you visit here. (note: many marriages are performed and wedding pictures are taken here...very grand!)

WOW, Thanks for sharing and bringing back wonderful memories, my wife and I actually stood on that balcony in the fall of 2005, while admiring the view and grandeur of the estate. You are so right it is a "do not miss" place!!
