Description

I set up that scene about a year ago and abandon it. Then I saw Ravenlord render and I decided to make it to the end and post. I made some improvements and corrections. Rendered with VRay (GI, DOF, VRShadow). R.Time: 2 hours on Athlon1700+ 512MB. Little Photoshop postwork applied. I know that there are shouldn't be wisible runes on the ring. But without them the ring seems to me so... ordinary. :)

Holy crap! This look sweet. One thing tho: I think the ring is too fat and wide -- if you look at it in comparison to his fingers it's huge. Nonetheless very good :-)

Amazing. I love how there seems to be light radiating inward from the rings. But what is the inscription on the ring? Obviously a reference to LOTR. :)
