Description

'Immortal' Immortality is a curse, not a blessing! It's been a while since I did one of these grungy-abstract pieces and I've really enjoyed the change from my usual work. (The clock was bought especially for this image and I got it cheap because it didn't work. I dismantled it and scanned the parts) I realise that it's not everyone's cup-of-tea but hopefully one or two of you may appreciate it. Thanks for looking. Tony

I appreciate the way this art makes you think about the consequence of immortality. The setting, dark lighting and grunge is perfect. Awesome that you scanned the clock parts, how inventive ;}}

Stunning - I love that grunge look and it works so well in this image. Great idea with the clock too.

Fantastic composition and tones. The broken clock represents perfectly that the time has stopped for her. Great work with the cobwebs. I suppose that those chains represent that she's tied to time after all. Impressive.

Sorry I missed this. The female figure in that pose seems more intrinsic than in "Crematorium." Very deft and subtle layerwork, and as I mentioned before, your seamless incorporation of photos and scans of mechanical details is quite technically astounding. Good show!
