Hello guys and many thanks for your feedback! I started this when I found that beautiful sunset photo and got permission to use it:) Thanks Cecilia! Okay here's the story of Beren and Luthien, a love story between a mortal man and a elf lady. As mr Tolkien tells Beren fellt in love when he saw beautiful Luthien dancing and singing enchantingly in the woods of Neldoreth... I departed from this truth and made that kind of setting. It just felt right and maybe there's now a bit of symbolism in that bridge:) A uniting factor between these two worlds or something:) This took about 7 hours of work. The sky is actually a huge cube in the back with this beautiful sky as it's material so I didn't really have to do much postwork with this:) And I'm sorry about those figures... I'm still helpless with Poser:( Thanks for looking and any comments you left!!

magical! as i recall peter jackson and his team "adapted" the story of beren and luthien to fit the lord of the rings film and made aragorn and arwen were the protagonists. super image!

Good old Prof. Tolkien was no love story teller and that makes this wonderful love story he told even more wonderful. You really did justice to the story with this image! I love the mystical sunset colours and the symbol of the bridge is fitting most excellent.
