Description

First I sketched this with pencils, then scanned it, and painted in PhotoShop. For 2D Forum's November Theme, Transitions. Thank you so much for your comments on my previous picture! Thanks for viewing this one, and as always your feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks again!

I think it speaks lots to the things that define us. I think about the masks we wear and the shoes we adorn ourselves with, when in truth, our feet are just too soft to walk on the hard ground... Very special picture...

A most mysterious picture and one which has a beautiful softness and flow, yet looks very cold. Love your choice of almost desaturated colour. If I didn't know better, I would have said that this was a lost Surrealist masterpiece from the 1930s or 40s. Your technique is fascinating, and it's something I'd like to try myself, if I can....
