hmmm..depends on what version you're doing this in. I'm at about the same level, but some possibilities might be to turn down the intensity of the lighting, a little shadow can add a lot of detail. the light coming up from the lower left (our view) is part of it. You can also use some coloration at times on various lights, and it will 'flesh out' the skin texture. If you've got Poser 4, you can get 'characters' in Freebies and elsewhere, that will give you more realistic skin (I'm still looking..;). Eyebrows and lashes are my failing, so I guess I see them more than most. However, it looks like you have Poser 5 hair. Check some places like Runtime DNA, Daz 3d, etc., for materials, which can give you more realism on some things (the outfit is just fine, lots of details there as well) So I'm guessing you're using Poser 5 or later. Not sure what's going on with the spear/railing/sword, etc. If it's a weapon, you might have the character grab it (parent to one or the other hand). If it's in flight, you might have the character watching it (choose the eyes, 'point at', and then pick the object. As another tip, you can use 'main camera' as a point at subject, and you get eyes that follow you around the room..;) If you have Poser 5 or later, try the Production render, which gives more detail (I'm still playing around with it, you may have used it and I don't know it..;) The more detail, the more people will look at it. Hope these are some help. It's a pretty good picture so far, and you're going places with it. Have fun, try things out, make mistakes (or not), and see where it takes you.
