Description
Catgirl Study #2. The odd lighting was an attempt at a UV sort of effect. This was pretty fun to do. In poser, I used a violet IBL light, an overhead violet spotlight, and a gel-based light with lots of little white dots (to get the "mirror-ball" effect. After a basic render, I went back and turned everything but the white clothing (and the jeans) black, and re-rendered with the IBl and spotlight "cranked up". In Paint-shop, I created (after lots of messing about) the following layers: A base layer (everything), a layer consisting of white silhouettes of the clothing run through a Gaussian blur, and then the clothing. (I divided both the blur layer and the clothing into the white stuff and the blue jeans, since I didn't want as strong an effect on the jeans.) The blur layer used a "multiply" math on the underlying layers. The net effect is that it looks like their clothes are glowing under a UV lamp.
