Looks like an old tunnel with a lot of history. Wonderful shot to preserve that history. To bad about all that Art. Stay warm Richard:0)bonita

Very original capture. Excellent!!!

Lots to think about here, Ruchard. The art, the sign, the shovel all offer comment on how transient things are.

Too bad the artwork won't be saved! But you ahve capturee a bit of it for posterity! Shame that it's cheaper to tear it down then to refurbish it.

That resembles the exit of the tunnel in MONACO, in the town of Monte Carlo, but actually it is the decoration of your black assembly and blan, from where the semitrailer seemed to come. The three studs of travaus on the left betrayed you!

Dear Richard, It's kind of hard to feel sorry for an underpass, but I do!!! I never saw this one, but I've seen other structures torn down. I always think about all the memories that the represent. Hmmmm - it's a pity that they couldn't at least save the "art work." I'm sure there were lots of photos taken. The last run idea is really cool!! I saw a while back about a causeway in Florida that did the same thing when it was replaced by a parallel new one!!! Super work - and a little sad!!! Just when you get used to the world - it changes!!! Love ya!!!! Meredith
