Description

Just got inspired to do some more sci-fi stuff. Please don't ask me how this city works because I haven't got a clue... it just came to me as a vision during a nap.

Actually the small lights are primarily from an ambient texture channel.

Oh, what is the 50s Scifi movie with the alien wit the huge head that kidnaps those 2 people in the plane and takes them to a dying world that is mostly underground, this reminds me of that - almost like a remake of that movie. Hmmmmm, interesting thought.

One explanation of this city could be the following: it's inside a large asteroid, perhaps miles deep where it's safe from radiation and meteorites. The gravity is also very low, perhaps 0.1 g or less.

Epic scene. Fantastic!!!! Were the lights done in post or Bryce? No need to answer if you don't have the time or inclination. Just interested cos I cannot get lights to work like this in Bryce. Tried specularity maps and all kinds, nowhere near as good as this!!!!!!

Beautiful idea and realization! If one day humanity will decide to make cities underground, this could be the the result...
