Beautiful face and equally beautiful expression. The neck area looks a bit odd, though. And in regards to postwork - I neither see it as an achievement to use - or to not use postwork. If postwork is used to better an image - what I think every Poser image needs in the nose area - I applaud it. If it's used to alter an image in order to make a bad one good - I'm not so fond of it. You may model as good as one can - you won't eliminate a basic Poser shortcoming. So why not fix, what Poser couldn't? It will so much enhance the realism and support what you so expertly do - make lifelike faces!!
