Strange things happen, I work at a homeless centre and last night we unfortunately had to sanction a guy who's mostly called 'little tear' ('traantje'in dutch)for he has one tattooed on his face. And just your first remark in your description resembles the issue why we had to sanction. Wonderfull image though!!
