I want to so badly stick my head in it and release the blade for ever getting into Poser.... if this ain't fixed in P7... then my head has a bullet coming its way... I feel for ya man.. I feel... I'll wipe the blade on the gillotine for ya.....

I believe it would be very productive if hardware information were included in submission details. This would likely increase productivity through the sharing of this information. Is there a forum on this site which deals specifically with hardware and hardware/software configuration issues?

I see that an awful lot too...though quite a bit less frequently now that I got my virtual memory sized up some. Might be worth adjusting it upwards...if it's not up towards 2-4 GB already that is.

If you're under Windows, Minimize Poser between major operations e.g. rendering and it forces an immediate memory cleanup (drops Poser from 1GB to a couple of MB.) Since I've figured out that trick I've never had it show me "out of memory" ever since.

Fantastic pose, lovely skin. I really like how her lips and hair came out! Her eyes are exceptionally real looking. And where did you get that sexy outfit? The only thing I might critique is the joint behind her knees, but I know that is a problem with all Pose figures. Also, it looks like her left foot might not be touching the floor, but that could be an optical illusion. Overall, I'd say this is probably one of your best.

  • you forgot to save and the memory usage is so high it blows out all the texture maps and they're irrecoverable - . . .

Man 'o man...how many times have I see this friggin' thing pop up? But since I got my virtual memory setup the right way, and shut down everything but Poser...I haven't had a single problem, even rendering at maximum production values.

Try turning off texture filtering. That usually helps when I get that error. If you're doing close up renders, you dont really need it too much anyway.
