Description

I will never forget the magic I felt the first time I played Myst. My love of computer graphics is forever tied to that game and others like it. The pool and gold are made of terrains. Some other items modeled in Wings3D, with Poser figures for lady and dogs.

Some scenes just look right. Combination of lighting, perspective, scale and composition. This one has all of those elements. Great stuff.

I confess I have not played Myst, so don't know your inspiration, but this is an incredible scene! I love the entire setup; your modeling and concept are fantastic! Looks like something out of a classic adventure tale.

My favorite computer games too, I am currently playing the End of Ages...funny story about that purchase and Compuserve..lol I opted to purchase the collectors addition with an art piece inside, total should have been 60 bucks, the scan ran the total to be regular priced at 29 ehehe...Fantastic image! I didn't realize it at the time, but Myst and the Journey Project were games that really sparked an interest for me. Doesn't fell all that long ago either. You have a lot of beautiful images in your gallery to boot.

this reminds me a real place near where I live...Burghead Well. Your gallery is full of places to visit , many which I real never see in person , however the fun will be in looking around
