The fence draws my eye & imagination into the forest. We think we can contain & control the natural world, but it's just an illusion. We're a small, insignificant speck of living matter on a small, insignificant piece of rock, circling a small, insignificant star in an infinite universe that's constantly reminding us of it's power & unpredictability. Anyway, that's what popped into my head while viewing this fine picture...
