Okay, I had vowed to stay out of this whole pink pony/forum deletion thing, but I'm sorry, but this is just appalling. Sure, you have the right to protest as many have done, and I support that, but comparing a forum deletion to the horrors of Hitler and Osama are just ignorant and disrespectful to those touched by these horrid events. Maybe if you felt the pain of 80% of your body being burned off while you died or wished you were dead or have heard a child wake up screaming for his parents that aren't there anymore because a terrorist took their lives or had a relative burned in ovens like some people's that I know have and maybe you'll see just how stupid this comparison is. It's just a web site, just 1's and 0's. Maybe it's censorship, maybe it's wrong, but it's no where near as wrong or tragic as the events you compare it with. If it is that life shattering for you, you really need to get out from behind the computer and experience real life and maybe then you'll have some perspective. Protest all you want, but try to keep it in perspective and try not to use shock tactics or imagery of things you obviously don't understand, as it's not helping your cause IMO...

Freedom of speech includes the right to offend, and to get offended. As a half Dutch Norwegian, with grandparents who saw Rotterdam and Narvik -flattened- I am offended by this. The fact some admins made an unpoular decision cannot be compared to Hitler.

There is a fine line between protest and making an ass of yourself. You have crossed that line by about 20 miles. Comparing anything on an ART SITE to people who killed millions collectivly is just not right. One the contrary, if you wanted contraversy, than you got it.
