Description
The elephant in the main atrium of the Smithsonian natural history museum, ca. 1997. It was taken with my father's 1980 era Canon AE-1 35mm camera and the kit 50mm lens. I was bracing myself against a column, hence the fuzz on the right.
Whenever I complain about how badly a digital shot came out, I look back at all my dark and blurry film photos, and am amazed we lived with it for so long. Say what they want, film is history.

Excellent Shot. I was there recently and tried to get the same shot! Being a dark gallery, it is very difficult to get a good shot of the elephant!
