Description
No major snow fall here yet, the temps are plenty cold though as you can tell by this picture. Photo taken at a local lake. The lake is covered in a thin sheet of ice. The patterns are a result of water freezing in rapidly dropping tempatures.

I've seen some ice, but never with the peculiar stained glass geometry you've captured here. (Thanks for including the cell phone for scale and contrast!) This is a one-in-a-million shot. Incredible!
