Hi all,
Hope everyone is keeping well... This isn't a very great shot on my behalf. I think it lacks intrest and my postwork sucks among many other things...
Anyway I wont list all the wrong about this shot... Just thought I'd show you what it looked like around the corner ;) I apologize about the quality. Hope you all have a wonderful day/night!

I disagree, the shot is great (1)unusual rock formation & detail (2)Colour of the sand to the rocks (3)colour of the water For those reasons it's a great capture, we all see something different Stuart

Kai! What sort of photographic attitude is that? (LOL) Nothing wrong with this " around a corner " shot. I still like a water color as I did on a last one and this got a nice compo too. How is your burned skin anyway...any better? Chin up buddy!!

Now Short ribs ont be critical like the , we all share views which for ourselves may be common,but for me this is another one to keep in my dream file,I miss the seaside and Summer sun,this is a fine reminder.

This MUST be a terrible shot. Look how everyone taring you down! I rather go with st_ribs. Don't put yourself down. It's far from being a boring or even bad shot. Colors and clarity are extraordinary - the sky drop dead gorgeous - not to mention the water!!

Awesome shot Kai....did you use a graduation filter? Your colour saturation is magnificent, and I really dont think its lacking in detail one little bit.... FA fresh look at an old scene, fab work man!!!

I'd be hard pressed to find flaw with this image. Wonderful colors and and uplifting image. If you don't stop :sighing: and putting yourself down, I am going to stop commenting on your work! Some threat, eh? ;'P

You did take a chance doing this in very bright midday sunshine, risky at best bacause it can easily blow out your detail. IMHO it did not, you even get a fair tonal range on the rocks and good contrast. The water is a superb colour. Overall I tend to disagree, I think it's very good even regarding the colour of the foliage.

I see your comment about your post , i remember i have the same problem about some shot because the sky is to uniform, too blue or to grey and i use nik colors filter ( specialy the graduate) with the bluegreen see agrey filter can make another vision of the picture! have a nice evening!
