Description

A tribute to my Hydraulics professor. The idea is to pump liquid from one level to another, higher level by forcing a small inlet stream of high-head through the anulus to drag the low-head liquid along. Modeling it as a cutaway section in Bryce proved a challenge because all my sloppy alignments are suddenly critical! The water material (3 shades) seemed to work best with World Cubic instead of the default Random setting. Thanks for viewing and any tips are welcome!

That's pretty cool. Although I have no idea what's going on. The water texture turned out great too. I give you an A+

I've never studied hydraulics but from studying your diagram I think I understand what you are telling us about. I-n-t-e-r-e-s-t-i-n-g. Very good illustration!

Huh? Lol :) I love the cut-away and the mats are fantastic. I use object and world cubic much of the time.

Never saw anulus spelled with one n before, so I just learned a new word! Flumy!
