Hello peeps, here's my new render. modeled in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max8, rendered in 3D Studio Max 8 with Vray RC2. Hope you guys like it. C&C Welcome. Thanks! :)

i would say this is a good render, what is that thing on the ceiling look like a down light but it is incomplete curtain sheers could look more realistic and instead of giving gradient in Vray light i would prefer a new special feature in Vray 1.5 called Vray 2sided material try it the lamp will look stunning, take care of your door and skerting there a bug out there...!! cool render!!

To coolpranz! hahaha great comments buddy you really saw those inperfection that i already anticipated.. yes I arealy tried the 2-sided mats and that skerting and door jamb overlaping really knocked me down after 13 hours of render. Anyway thanks for your wonderful comments. :)
