Hi all Thanks for recent comments on TWO DUCKS in my gallery. This Leopard lizard is probably the blunt nose type rather than the long nose. Conflicting info makes it hard to determine. Where's a herpetologist when you need one? I doubt if a taste test would help because they would probably both taste like chicken. Hope you like this shot I took this spring. I have never seen this on even a photo. The blunt nose reminds of the dinosaurs. You took advantage of a split second opportunity and it paid off well, it is so well composed, it looks posed. Great colors. I would love to know where you captured this.
