Beautiful and so very festive sis... I haven't felt like putting up a tree or decorating this year.. So I am getting a joy out of looking at others.... Your front yard is so very wonderful looking... A doe reindeer? Does she have a name? Soon there will be Donner and Blizten look alikes everywhere. Unless she was spayed. It brings to mind philosphical questions like "Why did the doe reindeer cross the Prudhoe Bay pipeline route?" Anyway, she has chosen to browse in front of your house and that makes her fit subject for comment.

Your Doe looks like she's trying to catch snowfalkes on her tongue as I used to do as a kid. (BTW, don't try this with hail, nothing will taste the same again for a very long time) Someday, maybe end of this month, Mom and I might get an invite to visit this very door? I have two weeks off for Xmas till the 1st. (hint-hint) Mom is a bit under the weather recently but she'll be dropping in here soon, I hope. Anyway, cool Pic here Evie. Wonderful Xmas spirit displayed. Hugs from Dave :^)

Dear Evie, I had to grin at Cathy's comment! I have a friend down in Houston that one year covered all he back yard trees in lights for a party they were having. And when the party was over - she liked them, so she left them up - and they are still there and they come on every night! Makes it festive all year long!! I see that Dave and Elnor are hinting for a visit - might be nice!! I hope Elnor isn't "under the weather" too long. I'll have to see how she's feeling!! Super cute ending to your previous post!! Love ya!! Meredith PS - Snow??? Southern California???? ;-)

Looks like a very festive place! You really get into the season don't you? Alas, we have no snow either and I live in Canada - the birth place of snow!
