five of those hair ball cats? they are cute. I suppose you had to feed them to get them together for a group

This was actually a neighbor's collection of kitties, some her own, some just strays. At the height of her collection, she had a total of eight felines, but had to get rid of most of them because of Home Owner's Association condominium rules. Several of the individual cat photos I've posted were from her menagerie.

What a lazy bunch they are. Gotta admire cats ability to just relax...and in the middle of christmas-rush no less. Wish i had that quality..sigh. Cat's Tail

At one time, when I lived in a papermill forest in Texas, I had 27 cats. Seems every feral cat in 50 miles found my house and I could never say no to their bony little bodies. Vet bills were astronomical and it took so much time to hand tame them (many bandaids for all the times it didn't go smoothly) but eventually I found homes for them and their many litters that came along before I could get them all "fixed". If we all took better care of our cats (they are DOMESTICATED - not wild, so no need to believe they HAVE to romp freely outside!), they wouldn't become a nuisance and overpopulate... but that'a another tangent :-). Good shot here.:-)

Nice shot. Thank heavens for nice people like your neighbor who care for strays. Too many irresponsible pet owners out there...many will move and just leave a cat to fend for itself. I currently have three "throwaway" cats I feed at my house.
