Nice picture. And I too wonder as well, my son is the same...well, perhaps not the same since there are varying levels. Been rough with him lately, but we carry on.

Beautiful shot. I have worked with children years ago and I always wondered what thay were thinking too. The result was I talked with them alot.

Beautiful shot of your girl child...I personally think that autism is genius blocked somewhere inside...very sad but I have a friend who's brother eventually became normal thanx I believe to unconditional support from his family and their rather large group of friends.. and turned out to be a very fine painter[oils and acryllic]. Keep the Faith

She is beautiful, and this is a very haunting picture! I had some physical problems as a child, and spent time in a children's hospital, and saw some things that were hard to see. It made me realize how lucky I am. You are lucky to have such a lovely daughter, and she is lucky to have a mother like you. I know of whence I speak.

she is so beautiful, your daughter, and yes its hard to read her mind..smile..but that is hard in everyone... I have worked with autistic children for a longer time and every one of them was very special and lovable, to me it seems that our world somehow is chaotic to them, something they can't give a structure or significance so they each found there very own solutions to structure the world outside, to have the stability to live in this choaotic world...

So beautiful, so inward. Unconditional love, and never force. HUGS, and Merry Christams!
