I was born in Tunbridge Wells in 1973 and I've been Disgusted ever since.
I've been living in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England since 2001, when I met my ex-husband. I now live with my son and my mother has also moved in with us recently. The heads of the household are our two cats, Sarah and Scamps.
I write. I make pictures. I won't call myself an artist, because 99% of the things I create aren't art. But I keep trying, searching to make something meaningful. I love music but have no talent for it myself. I work full time, so the pursuit of art happens when I have time for it.
Between 2004 and 2009 I was a coordinator, then a moderator and then a site admin at Renderosity. External circumstances forced me to resign that position in late 2009, but I remain a Marketplace tester.
You can also visit my personal website, Forgotten Worlds and check out all my freebies there. That's about it. You can also read my blog but be warned, I swear like a dockworker ;-)

Glad I found this. Great "alive" feel to her face. Sydney's facial features and bone structure seem more defined than V4. Very nice image!

Critique Ring comment -- I like the rendering a lot. The only two quibbles that I have (as in, I would have done it differently), are as follows: 1. I think the bi-color background distracts the viewer. 2. I don't like (personally) compositions which cut of the very top of the head. My personal feeling is to either show the entire head, or to crop lower (perhaps below the crown.) 3. I think there is a little too much nostril glow. (Something of which I'm often guilty too as well, even occasionally in real-life.)
