Description
It was -2c here or 30+f and i was out walking the feilds.I noticed some movement on the snow.
Snaped a picture of this spider out walking on the snow!!!
i know of landed locked fish in antartica that have antifreeze in thier systems. Iceworms as well.
Now i can add this saskatchewan spider to that list!!
I,m no bugologist so cannot tell you what type of spider it is.

thx!!! i did see in northern ontario some smaller spiders walking on snow once. but snow was melting. and no camera.

thx!! i once whacked a huge fat spider climbing down a 2x4 stud with a hammer. i learned a lesson in physics. two objects cannot ocupie same space at same time!! piders guts went in my eyes and down my throat........
