Coming up to christmas I figured I'd come up with something special as a present for my nephew. Now this little dude is nearly three, and has already decided that the playmobile firetruck pictured - a toy he already owns (I'm not giving him a poster instead of the toy!) - is one of his favourite toys. So I figured I'd get a bit of 3DS practice and do something that I'm going to be able to get printed in a3 size, and framed as a poster for a christmas present for him. As you might have noticed, it's not finished yet, there's some smoothing to be done and a bit of mesh editing, as well as putting on the decals and changing some of the fiddly bits, but to say I only started it 30 hours ago, I'm pretty pleased with it :). All comments and advice welcome :). (Incidentally, the firetruck pictured was one of my favourite toys as a kid, and seems sadly, to be no longer available on sale anywhere, but I've got a good example of one sat right next to me)
