Very nice. Must be very computationally expensive to recreate an actual thing this complex.

Yes, I did this on an IBM Thinkpad, 768 MB RAM, ATI Radeon 16 MB VRAM, in SuSE. Each atom was using about 1 MB RAM. Any manipulation of the molecule in GLView mode was painfully slow and two days of crashing before I got it to render :)
