AlooooooooHa! The weekend is finally here and I was up and gone before sunrise cause the winter surf is here and pounding. The day was really overcast and quite bad for shooting, but hey, I ain't complaining, it beats the hell out of working! Here is a view the boogie boarder in the foreground gets to see as he negotiates the swells that are constantly rolling in. As you can see he is a dot in the water compared to the size of the incoming wave. Along with the big waves comes the treacherous current and rip tide. Trying to stay out of the impact area was quite a feat on this day. I will post more of this day tonight...Thanks for having a peek and hope you all are enjoying the weekend as much as I am.... P.S. I have resorted to putting my name on my images in hopes that it may thwart others from "Borrowing" my images without permission...seems we have a had a rash of this kind of behavior from other sites...check the forum for more info...Aloha~
