Description

The waves are not that big here but I often see this lone surfer. There is absolutely nobody else on the beach today but it is market day. I would have taken some in the market but all the vendors are very paranoid about cameras.

He wouldn't have much competition for the best wave. I know what you mean about cameras and vendors, they go squirley in these neck of the woods. Great reportage, keep it up!!

When I lived in San Clemente, CA I used to get up at day break and walk to the ocean a few blocks away to watch the early morning surfers. This really reminds me of that. Good job!

Dear Rozanne, When the pciture loaded, all I could see was the top photo - so I looked and looked and looked for the surfer!! (What can I say - I'm blond!!!) Anyway - I did spot him finally!!! ;-) Love the blue look to all three!! I know what you mean about folks being paranoid about cameras. I do a lot of "stealth" photography these days!!!! Love ya!!!
