A different perspective, Anthony. I was used to travelling over that bridge in the 1970s when I attended the Scottish Police College. Many's the early morning, pre-parade, cross country run I enjoyed around the castle's loch. The new Strathclyde Force college is just along the road from Hairmyres Hospital. Regards, John.
