i think the motion blur take away from the image its a bit much

i like this shot very much, but i didn't have the camera there so i had to capture it by the mobile cam, i found it little blurry so i decided to play with it in ps & this is the result. i think that u don't like it at all but beginers work u know. sorry for the inconvinince :(
