Re-submitted this painting as it is a better reproduction than before. Painted as concept for LOR collectors plate that didn't get commissioned, but still finished for myself. Acrylic, ink and gouache on art-board. regards MAT

Very impressive.. Great with these figures in the background only being silouets so they do not attract all attention from horse and rider in the foreground.. the list in grey is a great find.. it adds to the dark atmosphere.. the clouds go like claws over planets and sky.. also special reminds me of the song Riders in the storm.. In one word Fantastic

Really well painted. I love the character and his horse. The greyish tones make such a mysterious, and at the same time natural feeling to the picture. He looks as evil as he should... Fascinating picture with great details.
