Hi, my name is Kim. My husband, Frank (ddaydreams) and I live in the Eastern Sierras, California, USA. We started out working with graphic programs like CoralDraw and Bryce. Mostly with digital artwork. I enjoyed making fractals and incorporating them with other programs, then I started adding artwork to some old photos I had. I use to be more into photography years ago, but never had the money (or time) to pursue it for more then a casual hobby. When the digital cameras became a little more affordable and we saw the ease of use and the things we could accomplish with our graphics programs...... well there you have it! One day Frank said "you ought to post one of your pictures at Renderosity" and the rest is history! Now we have artwork and photos in local galleries, a couple calendars out there, and we are even thinking about publishing a book!
And I have to give most of the credit to all the wonderful friends I have met right here on Renderosity!!!! Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging!!!
Thank you for viewing my gallery and check back often to see what progress we are making.

Superb Horse portrait!!! I prefer this to the head on shot. It has a much softer feel to it, that is for me, it has. Wonderful work BTW. Diane.

Hi Kim... I remember very well your Horse #1 uploaded in the beginning of this month... almost impossible to decide which one I prefer... I love both portraits ! Beautiful ! (BTW, a good B&W conversion of this one would probably also hit !) Hugs :~)

Fantastic detail and colour! A frontal capture is the one making me connect with the animal (because of seeing both eyes) but of course it does show less features of the horse.

Not only are the colours brilliant, but clarity is like being there. What a great shot.

Both have a wonderful quality. I'm with busi2ness on the frontal (#1). It has more appeal to me. thanx ;-)

just perfect, except the bright frame that distracts my eye from the beauty of the model.

Hey you! This one is cool too, but if I had to choose the best I would say your first one, I like the head on shot! Hope you are having a fun New Years! Take care! 8-)
