Excellent image! I know the novel well. it's a fave of mine. this catches the feel and mood very well. Although I like 'Apocalypse', it doesn't hold up to the book.

With the ridiculous belief that the universe was created for mankind's benefit, the heart of darkness has ever ruled. I realize that's not what Conrad was writing about, but it's just the way things are IMHO. Excellent illustration Mina.

Glowing darkness! You've captured the ambiguosity of the The Heart of The Darkness so well. Brilliant colours. btw: For some existentialists life is always absurd! Inspiring picture, and words!
