Description
Inspired by my favorite H.Miyazaki`s animation movie "Naussica and the Valley of the Winds".
Omu - "bug creature" were made in Modo. Here`s a link to Modo forum`s thread where you can check out the close ups and reference images:

Imported and textured in MojoWorld, using native Mojo tools and materials.I plan to make a couple more scene shots featuring this bugs, when I make a few more props and trees.
Many thanks to Oliver "hillrunner" for his planet Flojoa, which was used in this shot.
A bit of post (slight motion blur and mist) in PS. TFV.

Great Modelling Slav at Luxo forums. Hard to make out the detail in the rnder though. Perhaps a closer angle shot & some additional lighting?? Love the Modo-Mojo combinations :)

Cool model import and cool planet.

Yeah i agree with Goose (neil). The critters really help with scaling up the terrain.. Mojoworld often needs that figure of reference to make its landscapes look right to the eye..
