Couldn't quite get it... An oriental dragon, with chinese writings, but a western mistress and radioactive tanks in the background... 0.o hehehehe Well, anyway, it's cool all the same... :D I liked the final effect.. Keep it up! :D

Well there isn't just one culture anymore. The entire world is basicly melted into one giant mudball. Each culture taking a bit of the other. "Hey I like the way they do this, but this I don't, so I'll just take this and make it my own." In essence if a magic user were to live in this day and age, they would use (In my Opinion) all the cultures that have come before, thereby creating a new way of doing things. Or I could just be hallucinating again. Thanks for the comments. LOL
