Quality attention to detail for secondary objects is what makes a superb scene. That is a very good lamp and if you'd not mentioned the spring I would never have known. Looking forward to the final render. Dion... [o]

Looking very good Chris. I'm working on a pic with a train at the moment, not in this fine a detail though (not good enough). Can't wait to see yours and Danamo's finished work! Great Stuff!

Metal has a different quality of "unforgettable" than wood. In a drawing by a draftsman in which view would the rivets on the side and the thumbcock be best revealed? I met a beachcomber on the beach of Key Biscayne who had been a German submariner in the Florida Straits during WW-II in the "happy times". He told me the very first item he had made in metal shop was a funnel. The cylinder in this one does not have a wrap with rivets to close it. It must be extruded by a later more ductile process. It's not "a wrap." Splines are very confining. FEM is for over 20 degrees of bend.

Great... Very nicely modeled. Shows what Bryce can do construction wise. I'm hoping they upgrade Bryce soon though.
