Excellent! I think all of your things I've seen are wonderful. Now for the advice... lol! I'm assuming that you are after a photorealistic effect. In my limited experience, I've found that the one thing people commonly do which prevents that is the use of colors that are too saturated, too pure. If you were to re-render this piece, but add a good deal of grey tone to the blue header, and greyed green to the glass, I think you would see an immense difference. Also, decrease the ambient somewhat, and rely more on the "sourced" lighting- I always turn off all ambient, and try to use only sourced light. Anyway- great work!
