Are you sure you put the render detail to the max ? because your picture is very pixelised.

I think the pixelization is part of the over all intent. Viewing the normal window, the clouds appear to be moving with the flow of air over the terrain. Viewing large, I don't beleive the pixeling takes away from that. Very good image.
