Ultrafractal 4.03 Here's one I've been holding off on but thought that it might be a more powerful statement if posted at CHRISTmas time. I tried for the vibe of a refugee child - or skull - peering out from behind palmetto fronds and the splash of "blood" to sorta jar the senses. We in the USA - other than maybe New Orleans 9th Ward residents - can probably only just barely begin to imagine the hardship that some of our fellow men are going thru at this otherwise joyous time. For them, Christmas this year is merely "a veil of tears for a virgin birth", to paraphrase Greg Lake of ELP. Hope this isn't too dark for the season.... Thanks for stopping by!
