Nice, but curves (hair) are under sampled, better with Bezier or something like that

Wonderful design, and the colours are great, but more attention needed to the hair and the white cloth to give a slickness. This could be simply achieved by working at high magnification when doing the detail. It also helps if you try out different options on separate layers. You can then discard those not wanted, and the method enables you to experiment more freely. Even so, this is a nice piece of work and can easily be "corrected."
