Description

In the Grande Place of Brussels, Belgium. A la Grande Place de Bruxelles, Belgique. Edit: Thank you so much for all your positive and encouraging feedback! Lots of people have complimented the unusual angle, so I figured I should mention how I accomplished it: I actually was crouching down on my knees on the cobblestones in the freezing weather with my tripod down to its lowest possible height and the camera pointed upwards. I must have looked very funny! I should also say that the colours were actually /too/ bright in the original photograph. I had to desaturate them. :) Thank you again! Wow, those colours are amazing..!! Of course I know this magnificent building, we call it Broodhuis (didn't even know it's called Maison du Roi in French). But this must be one of the most wonderful captures I've seen of it... (and I have to say that I have some shots of it too, but they don't come close to this one). Excellent and beautiful work!!
